  • Pre-sale orders made on our shopping page will be subject to the following processing times:

    -Orders Requested for Pick Up will be available 2 weeks after purchase

    -Orders Shipped could take up to 3 weeks to process in Canada, and up to 5 weeks to process in the US

  • Shipping is only available in Canada and the US

    Canada Shipping: Orders made within Canada will process between 7-14 business days

    US Shipping: Orders made in the US will process between 14-21 business days

  • To book a training session with Textured Hair EDU, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance owing must be paid "IN FULL" the day of your session, prior to the start of the lesson. For sessions outside of Toronto, a travel fee will be required (please contact us if you need a quote). If at any time you wish to reschedule your session, no penalties will apply, and the initial deposit will be secured (make sure to contact us to reschedule your session).

  • We strive to do our best to meet your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, please review the following refund policies:

    Virtual Courses: Since the purchase of our digital courses gives you unlimited access, refunds cannot be offered for any content in our course library. As a result, all payments of digital content are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

    In Person Classes & Events: If any of our Classes or Events did not meet your satisfaction and you would like a refund, a 20% refund is offered. You may request a partial refund (via our contact form) within 14 calendar days after your booked session. Requests made after 14 days will not be approved for a refund

    *Note: Please understand that a 20% refund policy for is in place, as costs for products/materials, venue spaces, models, and a production team that may have been booked for our events, cannot be reimbursed. As a result, “FULL REFUNDS” for trainings, classes, and events cannot be offered.

    Shopping Page:

    1. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a money back guarantee for all purchases made within our “shopping page.” If you are not satisfied with the “physical products” you have purchased from our shopping page, you have 14 calendar days to request a refund (via the “contact us” page). Once your request is accepted, a return label will be issued to your email. Once we receive the item(s) you wish to return, and they are unused and in original condition, a “FULL REFUND” will be issued to you via the original method of payment.

    2. Damaged Items: If the items you received have been damaged from their transport, please contact us (via our contact page) with a brief explanation, and attach an image of the damaged item(s). When your request is accepted, a return label will be issued to your email. Once we receive the package with all the items included in your original order, a new package will be sent to you within 14 calendar days.

    3. Sale Items: Items marked down or on sale are final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)
